We talk a lot about the things to do to reduce things happening, but what about doing something proactive? A sort of, lets not jump in the water to avoid getting wet instead of whats the best towel kind of situation, if you may. Here are the proactive steps we think you should consider:
1) Spare clothes: If we ever get caught in a situation where we need to be dry, having a spare set is like being a cat with 9 lives, there’s another chance for redemption. If it means getting a bigger bag to compensate for space, or a locked drawer in the office, whatever means necessary.
2) Be aware of what your using when washing. Some products aren’t made with your parts in mind, so make sure you aren’t using something with unnatural ingredients. When looking around for a wash, here are some of the basics of what to look for:
-
pH balanced
-
Natural ingredients
-
Avoid soaps, SLS, and parabens
- Last but not least, ask for a doctors recommendation.
The Laver peachy wash does what you need it to, and it smells *chefs kiss* amazing. Good to use on and off your menstrual cycle, it helps reduce odour build up, menstrual camps, pms symptoms, and even lighten menstrual flow.
As always though, never use for within, always use a small amount and massage your labia. Let the suds do the rest, rinse, and pat dry. You’ll notice a peachy scent, you’re welcome.
