Its one thing to feel good, but its a whole other level to feel fresh. But first, what is “fresh”? because it sounds like a vague word to use. We’d tell you to close your eyes and imagine these feelings, but you’d need to keep them open to read. Haha... Anyway. Feeling fresh is not having any funky smells, not having any buildup of sweat or oils, not having any concern for whatever is going down, down there. There are heaps of things that we recommend to grow your confidence, and shrink your concernizol levels for your pumpum (Russel Peters joke from 2012).
1) Breathe. Not you, but the material you wear. Some materials aren’t designed to wick away moisture. A huge shoutout to cotton for being breathable and easy to find. Even if lace is needed, there are some with cotton strips to help with moisture control.
2) Wipe the area. There are wipes made with you in mind, so make sure you aren’t reaching for anything. Find something pH balanced to avoid discomfort, and if possible something safe and scented. A lot of people talk about unscented being the go to, but if theres a chance you can feel good and smell good, it sounds like a no brainer.
3) A natural deodorant. It doesn’t need to be anywhere on or in the area, applying a small amount on the thighs will carry on to where it was intended. Its all about outside the box thinking... Literally.
4) Get rid of the bacteria! On top of having moisture buildup, we now need to worry about the microscopic $#!7s that feed off the environment and make us smell bad. The best thing to use is either an antibacterial wipe like we previously mentioned, or use an oil that removes the odours and also helps balance pH levels while also being an antibacterial itself (shameless plug for the Laver Oil, it works).
5) Using a natural oil also helps soothe irritations and inflammations from everyday activities like chaffing, and just like we mentioned in our other post, it also helps in reducing hyperpigmentation.
